Abstract:
To provide a light reflection plate with which dazzling by reflection light can be reduced while maintaining high the photoreflectance by regular reflection.
This light reflection plate comprises a base substrate 11, and a light reflection layer 13 made of silver or silver alloy, or aluminum or aluminum alloy formed on the base substance 11. The arithmetic average coarseness (Ra) on the surface 13a of the light reflection layer 13 is 0.10-0.30 m, and the arithmetic average waviness (Wa) is 0.30-2.50 m.
