Title:
LIGHT-REFLECTIVE FILM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1067067
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To improve light reflectance and make enough film whiteness by forming a metal film layer, as a first layer, on one of the faces of a base film and applying a film of a silicon oxide and an alkali earth metal fluoride as a second layer and further, forming a resin layer containing an inorganic fine particle as a third layer, on the second layer by application.

Aluminum, silver or an alloy containing aluminum and/or silver which show high total reflectance can be used as constituent metals of a first metal film layer. As the constituent material of a second layer, one or two or more kinds of materials selected from a silicon oxide and alkali earth metal fluorides are mentioned. Among the alkali earth metal fluorides, especially magnesium fluoride is preferably recommended. In addition, among oxides of inorganic fine particles as a third layer constituent material, especially rutile titanium bioxide is preferably recommended.
