Abstract:
To provide a dispersant capable of repeating dispersion and aggregation of a dispersoid in a dispersion by radiating a light to the dispersion containing the dispersant for short time.SOLUTION: There is provided a dispersant containing a light responsive compound represented by the general formula (I). X, Y represent amide bonds or ester bonds selected from a combination represented by (1) X:C=O, Y:NH (2) X:O, Y:C=O (3) X:C=O, Y:O; A represents an anionic hydrophilic functional group consisting of sulphonic acid, sulfonate, carboxylic acid or carboxylate or a nonionic hydrophilic functional group consisting of a hydroxyl group or a polyethylene glycol group, or a non-hydrophilic functional group consisting of an alkyl group or a fluoroalkyl chain; and n represents an integer of 1 to 3.SELECTED DRAWING: None
