PURPOSE: To improve bending rigidity and to reduce the overall weight of a blade, by providing a skin part made of material having a high specific elastic modulus to a core part which has light shielding performance and unpiercing holes which pierce the core part to neither the front nor the back as hollow parts.
CONSTITUTION: A plate material of three-layered structure forming the light shield blade consists of skin parts 1a and 1b and the core part 2, which is provided with hollow parts 3. The skin parts 1 use, for example, aluminum oxide thin plates and the core part uses a mixture of epoxy resin with good adhesive strength and a dye or carbon powder; and the skin parts 1a and 1b made of the aluminum oxide thin plates are adhered onto the core part 2 with epoxy resin and the obtained plate material is punched outward and perforated to obtain the desired light shield blade.
