To ameliorate the insufficiency of the rigidity of a direction orthogonally intersecting fibers of a light shielding blade vane of a laminated structure which consists of a plastic film as a core material and reinforces both surfaces of the film with reinforcing layers containing continuous fibers.
The light shielding blade vane for optical apparatus has the laminated structure which consists of the plastic film 1 as a base material and is disposed with reinforcing members 4 on both surfaces thereof. The reinforcing members 4 are formed by laminating and curing thermosetting resins reinforced by the continuous fibers paralleled nearly to one direction. The plastic film 1 consists of a liquid crystal polymer film crystal oriented in one direction. The reinforcing members 4 disposed on both surfaces of the base material are parallel to each other in directions where the continuous fibers are paralleled. The liquid crystal polymer film 1 has the direction of its crystal orientation orthogonally intersecting the directions where the continuous fibers are paralleled. Light shielding coating films 2 exist between the liquid crystal polymer film 1 and the reinforcing members 4. Lubricating black coating films 3 are formed on the surfaces of the reinforcing members 4.
