To provide a shading coating liquid to be coated on a film for agriculture, enabling a shading agent to be homogeneously contained in a coating material, and readily exhibiting shading effects by being formed into a coated film; and to provide a removing liquid capable of removing the coated film when the coated film is not required, hardly affecting the soil or the like, and mild to the environment.

The shading coating liquid comprises a white pigment, a water-soluble acrylic resin, a crosslinking agent and water. The formed coated film can be removed by the removing liquid containing a basic material and free from a surfactant. The shading liquid is obtained by adding 1-60 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 0.1-20 pts. wt. water-soluble acrylic resin expressed in terms of solid, and 0.01-10 pts. wt. crosslinking agent containing an epoxy group to 100 pts. wt. water. The removing liquid of the coated film of the shading coating material contains the basic material capable of removing the shading coating liquid.
