To provide a light shielding film which can prevent drop of a material component from the inside of the film and diffusion of the material component from a film surface into air and further which has good antistatic performance and light shielding performance.

The light shielding film has a light shielding layer, which is consisting of a polyolefin resin composition containing 1 to 10 parts weight of a light shielding agent toward 100 parts weight of a polyolefin resin, in the middle of a thickness direction and an antistatic layer, which is consisting of the polyolefin resin composition containing 2 to 10 parts weight of an antistatic agent toward 100 parts weight of the polyolefin resin, along its both surfaces in the thickness direction. Further all layers are consisting of the polyolefin resin composition containing no oxidation inhibitor and/or no plasticizer.
