Abstract:
PURPOSE: To uniformly disperse carbon black and Al powder in a light shielding molded body for a photographic sensitive material such as a light shielding film for a photographic sensitive material or a spool for a photographic sensitive material.
CONSTITUTION: Polyolefin resin and carbon black and/or Al powder surface- coated with a surface coating material are mixed and melted at ≥130°C to prepare a colored master batch contg. 5-80wt.% of the carbon black and/or Al powder. This colored master batch and a diluting thermoplastic resin are mixed and melted at ≥130°C and the objective light shielding molded body la for a photographic sensitive material is produced using the resulting mixture.
