Abstract:
To provide a light-shielding unit with which, smoothy driving movable blades, it is possible to suppress a movable blade from warping upward, and a lens barrel that includes this light-shielding unit.SOLUTION: A diaphragm unit 20 includes a bottom board 21, a cover 25, a plurality of diaphragm blades 23, and a fixed aperture seat 27. The plurality of diaphragm blades 23 are arranged between the bottom board 21 and the cover 25 and changes the size of an aperture 23e to adjust the amount of light that passes through. The fixed aperture seat 27 is provided to the cover 25 and forms an aperture 25b whose size is approximately the same as the aperture 123e when the plurality of diaphragm blades 23 are in a fully open state. When the plurality of diaphragm blades 23 move in a direction in which the size of the aperture 123e decreases, the plurality of diaphragm blades 23 are moved so as to cross, in the same direction as a warping-up direction, a virtual plane that constitutes the aperture 123e which is formed in the fixed aperture seat 27.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 22B
