PURPOSE: To allow a high-speed traveling by constituting the above vane of a sheet material consisting of carbon fiber reinforced polyether ether ketone or polyether ketone having a specific thickness.

CONSTITUTION: The sheet material made of the carbon fiber reinforced polyether ether ketone (PEEK) or polyether ketone (PEK) having 40 to 150μm thickness is used for the sheet material. The PEEK is a crystalline thermoplastic resin having the repeating unit of the structure expressed by formula I. While the PEEK or KEK ketone may be used as it is, the PEEK or PEK ketone previously mixed with various kinds of fillers; for example, calcium carbonate, talc, glass beads, etc., fibrous reinforcing materials, for example, glass, boron, silica, etc., as well as heat stabilizers, UV absorbents and fire retarding materials is usable as well. The absorbents and fire retarding materials is usable as well. The resin is reinforced with carbon fibers in this embodiment. The reduction of the light and the improvement in strength, rigidity, impact resistance, fatigue resistance, and heat resistance are resulted in this way and the high-speed traveling is enabled.
