To provide a light-source apparatus having its improved heat radiating property.
In the light-source apparatus 1, it has a supporter 11, a light emitting element 12 mounted on the supporter 11, and a wiring substrate 20 connected electrically with the light emitting element 12. The light emitting element 12 has a light emitting portion 12a, a first electrode 13, and a second electrode 14. The second electrode 14 is connected with a supporter electrode 9 formed on the supporter 11. The wiring substrate 20 has first and second wiring layers 22, 24 laminated via an insulation layer 23. A first terminal 22a extended from the first wiring layer 22 is so connected with the first electrode 13 as to form a first connection portion 22A. A second terminal 24a extended from the second wiring layer 24 is so connected with a supporter electrode 9 as to form a second connection portion 24A. Especially, at least either one of the first and second connection portions 22A, 24A has a connection structure wherein terminals overlap with each other on an electrode.
