Abstract:
A light source control device (10) stores light source irradiation region data in which light source IDs for uniquely recognizing head light LEDs (11a-11i) and regions on an image on which the head light LED (11a-11i) are applied are matched to each other. The light source control device (10) detects an object present in an image in the periphery of a vehicle and specifies a region where the object is present. Specifically, as described below, the light source control device (10) compares an image in front of the vehicle when an imaging infrared LED (12) is controlled to be on and an image in front of the vehicle when the imaging infrared LED (12) is controlled to be off, detects a reflective body and light emitting body present in front of the vehicle, and specifies a region where the reflective body and the light emitting body are present. Then, the light source control device (10) acquires a light source ID corresponding to the specified region on the image and controls the head light LED (11) identified by the light source ID to brighten or dim the light.
