PURPOSE: To economically perform the maintenance by replacing only a fluorescent lamp as the light source at the time of maintenance.
CONSTITUTION: A reflection plate 2 is close to a fluorescent lamp 1 and semicircularly surrounds it and can be rotated around the tube axis of the lamp 1, and the reflection plate 2 is temporarily rotated from the essential use position to form a space, where the fluorescent lamp 1 can pass in the direction orthogonal to the tube axis, and the fluorescent lamp 1 for light source is replaced through this space, or a member 10 including a socket which is engaged with one end of the fluorescent lamp 1 and supplies power can be moved or attached/ detached and is temporarily detached from the essential use position and the fluorescent lamp 1 for light source is freely moved in the direction of the tube axis to replace the fluorescent lamp 1 for light source. Thus, only the fluorescent lamp 1 whose life runs out is easily replaced to economically perform the maintenance.
