Abstract:
To provide a light source device that includes a plurality of light sources and radiates heat without increase in a size.SOLUTION: A light source device of the present invention has: a first light emitting element; a second light emitting element that emits light with a wavelength different from the wavelength of light emitted from the first light emitting element; a first substrate that is in contact with the first light emitting element; a second substrate that is in contact with the second light emitting element; a first heat radiation unit that is connected with the first substrate and radiates heat from the first light emitting element; and a second heat radiation unit that is connected with the second substrate and radiates heat from the second light emitting element. The first substrate and the second heat radiation unit are connected with each other. The first substrate includes a heat pipe or a vapor chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
