To provide a light source device capable of emitting light with high efficiency when using an array light source, and provide a projector using that light source device.
The light source device 10 has a plurality of light-emitting parts 12 which are arrayed at nearly equal spacings along a curved face 11a formed into a curved shape, and a resonator 15 formed by forming a plurality of concave face reflecting parts 15b to reflect light emitted from the light-emitting parts corresponding to the plurality of the light-emitting parts in order to resonate the light emitted from the light-emitting parts. At least one of the spacings out of the mutually adjacent concave face reflecting parts in the arraying direction of the light-emitting parts is different from other mutual spacings of concave face reflecting parts.
