Abstract:
To provide a light source device capable of adjusting color temperature or color rendering characteristics at the time of shipping from a factory or coping with a situation of an installation place.
The light source device 10A includes: an LED 12; a cabinet 14 to house the LED 12 in its inside and having an emission opening 14a to emit light radiated from the LED 12; and an exchangeable cover 16 to cover the emission opening 14a of the cabinet 14. By forming, at the cover 16, a blue color wavelength light reducing region 24 to reduce blue color wavelength light in the light radiated from the LED 12, or warm color wavelength light reducing region 50 to reduce warm color wavelength light, the above problem can be solved.
