Abstract:
To provide a technique capable of reducing power consumption of the light source device as much as possible by performing appropriate current value control according to the ambient temperature of an LED.SOLUTION: A light source device in an embodiment of the disclosure includes: an LED 12 used as the light source; a drive circuit 20; and a control unit 50. The LED is used as the light source. The drive circuit drives the LED. The control unit is configured to reduce the drive current for the drive circuit to drive the LED as the ambient temperature drops.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
