Abstract:
To provide a light source unit of which the attenuation of emission light can be suppressed, and a display device comprising the same.SOLUTION: A light source unit 1 comprises: a light-emitting diode 2; a substrate 3 on the surface 30 of which the light-emitting diode 2 is mounted; a stick-like light-guiding member 4; and a case 5. The light-guide member 4 includes: an incident surface 40 on which light emitted from the light-emitting diode 2 is incident; and a light-emitting surface 41 from which the light incident on the incident surface 40 is emitted. The case 5 houses the light-guide member 4, and holds the substrate 3 in such a way that the light-emitting diode 2 faces the incident surface 40. A part 330c surrounding the light-emitting diode 2 on the surface 30 of the substrate 3 includes: a dark-color low-reflection part 31; and a high-reflection part 32 having a light reflection ratio higher than that of the low-reflection part 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
