Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-source unit that allows reducing its size and thickness and has excellent cooling efficiency.SOLUTION: A light-source unit 100 of the present invention includes: a pair of metal members 110; a stationary member 120 disposed between the pair of metal members 110 and aligning a plurality of semiconductor laser elements 200 in a Y direction; a plurality of reflection mirrors 130 disposed between the pair of metal members 110, receiving each laser light emitted from the plurality of semiconductor laser elements 200, and reflecting the laser light in the Y direction; and a plurality of radiation fins 116 formed on outside surfaces of the pair of the metal members 110. A light-source unit array 10 is constituted by stacking the light-source units 100.
