Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate adjustment of the optical system of a light source unit for multibeam radiation use. CONSTITUTION:A laser diode 1 and an optical system 8 which collimates beams emitted from it are mounted on fixing parts 19a, 19b of a bar body 2, respectively. At that time, the optical system 8 is made rotatable on an optical axis AX in a groove 20, so that the laser diode 1 and the optical system 8 are brought in agreement in the optical axis. Optical systems 8 are energized toward the fixing part 19b by fixing a leaf spring 17 having slots 5 nonparallel with optical axes AX on the fixing part 19b with screws 18. The outer face of an optical system 8 is provided with a hole 6 to make the tip of an optical system jig 30 fit so that the jig 30 can move along a slot 5.
