To provide a light source unit that can improve binding force between conductive pieces, and to provide a lighting device including the light source unit.SOLUTION: A light source unit 3 includes: one or more wiring bodies 33 including two sets or more of two separated-conductive pieces 34, 35 as a pair of wiring passages; an insulative tray 37 mounting the one or more wiring bodies 33 thereon; and one or more light source elements 32 implemented so as to bridge on an opposite side to the tray on the two separated-conductive pieces 34, 35 that constitute the wiring passage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
