The design cover 70 is provided with a plurality of loopholes 7a formed on the curved surface part 73 so as to position nearly in a radial shape from the bottom part 71 toward an edge of the opening 72, and the flexible board 50 is installed along an outer surface of the design cover 70 so as to insert the LEDs 40 into the loopholes 7a.
