Abstract:
To configure a light source of a scanner capable of efficiently acquiring a light of a previously set wavelength.
A spectrum sensor SS is disposed on a path through which a light from a light-emitting diode 1 is transmitted. A Peltier element 14, a fin, and a fan 16 for blowing a cool wind to the fin are provided on the rear surface side of a substrate P supporting the light-emitting diode 1. A control device 30 for controlling the Peltier element 14 and the fan 16 is provided in order to acquire a light of a target wavelength previously set by the spectrum sensor SS.
