Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain an easily moldable light-transmissible dial for meter having a simple structure in which the night illumination can be ensured while enhancing the visibility of an object to be detected, i.e., indicating part.

CONSTITUTION: The light-transmissible dial for meter 1 comprises a plurality of indicating parts 102 printed on a dial board 101 made of a light-transmissible material, and inner light sources 104 disposed within lamp covers 103 corresponding to respective indicating parts in order to illuminate the indicating parts individually. The dial board 101 is embedded, contiguously to the lamp cover 103, with a shade rib 2 for preventing leakage of light between the indicators.
