Abstract:
To solve the problem that the photo-sensor of a thin-film transistor has quite a minute light volume so that it is difficult to feed back a sensed light volume.
A sensing circuit is added to the photo-sensor of the thin-film transistor for converting output current into voltage, which enables the minute current to be converted to voltage that is in a desirable range to be fed back. Further, altering the number of connections of restors, capacitors and the photo sensor, that makes up a circuit, can make a change in sensitivity of the photo-sensor.
