SOLUTION: This light wave data control system is provided with a measurement result database 2 for storing and holding two or more respective light wave data acquired by measuring a measuring object in time series, a measurement attribute database 4 for storing and holding measurement attribute data on the series of measurement, a script data forming means 5 for forming keyword retrievable script data with every light wave data on the basis of the respective light wave data and the measurement attribute data, and a measuring script database 6 for storing and holding the formed script data in relation to the light wave data.
