Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent multiple reflections with a simple structure without reducing the maximum measurable distance.
CONSTITUTION: An objective lens 3 is divided into two regions on the plane containing the optical axis, and light is emitted to a measuring point from one region. The distance to the measuring point is calculated based on the photoelectric transfer signal obtained when the light reflected at the measuring point and passing through the other region of the objective lens 3 is received. A shading member 8 is provided for shielding the light passing through one region except for the vicinity of the plane within the light passing through the objective lens 3.
