PURPOSE: To provide the light-weight banking in a short period without generating deformation and ground settlement by piling foaming resin blocks on the ground so as to construct a foundation structural body, and arranging asbestos cement boards thereon so as to form the asphalt pavement.

CONSTITUTION: Foaming resin blocks 2 made of polystyrene, etc., are piled on the ground 1, and the side surface thereof is covered with the cement hardened material 4 so as to form a wall, and the top surface is coated with the asbestos cement board 3. Furthermore, asphalt 5 is paved thereon so as to construct the foundation structural body of a platform or the like. In this case, the asbestos cement board 3 is formed at the thickness, which can prevent the transmission of the heat at the time of paving the asphalt 5 to the foaming blocks, and sand and dry mortar or the like can be laid under the asphalt 5. Plural asbestos boards 3 can be piled. Generation of deformation and breakdown of the foundation structural body and the generation of the ground settlement can be thereby eliminated. The light and strong banking can be thereby obtained in a short period.
