PURPOSE: To reduce transport of nonflammable light-weight blocks to a construction site of banking, and reduce a transport cost by manufacturing the light- weight blocks of inorganic quick-setting light-weight material which sets quickly in several seconds to several tens of minutes at a near position to the banking construction site, and constructing a banking structure by laminating them.
CONSTITUTION: A number of light-weight blocks manufactured of inorganic quick-setting light-weight material of a gel time of several seconds to tens of minutes to have a density of 1.2t/m3 or less and a compression strength of several tons/m2 or more after setting are laminated on a construction ground. The light-weight blocks 3 are manufacture of this inorganic quick-setting light- weight material. The light-weight blocks 3 are laminated at gap parts 2 on both sides of a water guide tube 1 disposed in a side groove, for example, over a ground G.
