This current collector is formed in such a way that the surface of a resin film is treated so as to form a conducive treating layer having a resistance of 1.3 Ω/cm or less, and a plating layer having a thickness of at least 0.3 μm or more per one surface is formed by electrolytic plating, and the resistance value of the electrolytic plating layer is 40 mΩ/cm or less, and the following formula is satisfied. Y1+Y2+Y3≤0.8×(X1+X2+X3)×(Y3/X3). In the above formula, X1: resin film thickness (μm) X2: conductive treated layer thickness (μm) X3: plating layer thickness (μm) Y1: resin film weight (mg/cm2) Y2: conductive treating layer weight (mg/cm2) Y3: plating layer weight (mg/cm2).
