Abstract:
To reduce the weight of a stake plate used in a food service industry and to keep the temperature of the stake plate at an appropriate temperature.
The stake plate is divided into a surface with which a food material is brought into contact and a heat storage part heating the surface, a part adjusting the movement of heat is provided between them and heat stored in a heat storage body gradually heats the surface over the long period of time.
