Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire that can be easily turned on and off by a user and whose malfunction can be suppressed.SOLUTION: A luminaire 1 which is fitted above a working face 3 and illuminates the work face 3 comprises a light source 20 for emitting illumination light to be irradiated to the work face 3, and a reflection type sensor 80 for emitting sensing waves comprising electromagnetic waves or ultrasonic waves, and detecting reflection waves of the sensing waves, and a controller 154 for controlling lighting and light-out of the light source 20 based on a signal output from the reflection type sensor 80. Under the state that the luminaire 1 is fitted, the intersection angle between the main emission direction of the sensing waves and the vertically downward direction is larger than an intersection angle between the vertically downward direction and an illumination direction in which the luminosity of the illumination light is equal to a half of the luminosity in the vertically downward direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
