This mounting structure for a tidal current power generating device for a lighted buoy is provided with a water proof housing 90 communicating from a bottom to a deck of a floating body 3a and formed in a cylindrical form with a prescribed diameter, a mounting seat 4a disposed in the bottom of the water proof housing 90 and provided with a through-hole having a diameter slightly larger than that of a Darius type hydraulic turbine 11c of the tidal current power generating device 1c and slightly smaller than that of the water proof housing 90, a guide rod 91 extended from the mounting seat 4a to the deck side of the floating body 3a, a fixed plate 94 which has a disk form slightly smaller than the diameter of the water proof housing part 90 wherein the tidal current power generating device 1c is fixed to its one side, a suspending metal fitting 94a is disposed on the other side, and an engagement hole 94b is formed for inserting a guide rod 91, and a fixing mechanism 95 fixing the tidal current power generating device 1c to the mounting seat 4a by inserting the guide rod 91 to the engagement hole 94b of the fixed plate 94 to mount the fixed plate 94 on the mounting seat 4a and fitting a sleeve 95a to the guide rod 91.
