PURPOSE: To aim at simplification in a setup and prevention against a pseudo- reflecting phenomenon, etc., by setting an optical axis of the inner less installed inside a housing in a different direction from an optical axis of a lighting apparatus, while letting light from a bulb pass through the optical axis of the lighting apparatus via a slit plate.
CONSTITUTION: A bulb 2 is attached to the inside of a housing 1 and simultaneously an inner lens 3, making light (a) from the bulb 2 into parallel rays (b) to the optical axis X, is attached as well. In addition, a slit plate 4 and an outer lens 5 provided with a fisheye lens 5a in its inner side both are set up in front of the housing 1. This slit plate 4 forms a lot of platelike parts 6 as one body, forming each reflecting surface 6a at the lower surface side of each of these platelike parts 6, and thereby the said parallel rays (b) is reflected in a direction toward an optical axis Y of the lighting apparatus. With this constitution, installation is attainable, no matter what the setting position is set and, what is more, proper irradiation is possible, while a pseudo-reflecting phenomenon due to external rays is preventable owing to directional differences between both optical axes X and Y and the presence of the slit plate 4.
