Abstract:
To provide a balloon with an expandable envelope (11) for housing a lighting system (12) including at least one bulb (22); and an expanding means (13) integrally having a fan (15) designed to suck air from outside and releasing it into an envelope (11) and hold it in an expanded state.
An assembly composed of the bulb (22) and a fan (15) is covered by a bowl (25) made of transparent or translucent plastic material. The bowl (25) composes a blocking shield and an exhausted air deflector capable of cooling the bulb (22) and expanding of the envelope (11), and the bowl (25) has through-holes (28) for making the air flow into the inner space of the envelope (11) so as to expand it.
