A lighting control device for a vehicle includes: a position information receiving unit for receiving position information of the vehicle; a control circuit for generating control signals controlling a lighting device based on the position information of the vehicle; and a transmitting unit for transmitting the control signals generated by the control circuit to the lighting device.
