To provide a lighting control that has a structure capable of selectively turning on or off, full lighting or dimmer lighting, and turning on and off a night-light, by a remote control operation, in which the device when a power source is recovered after cutoff of a power source, a recovered state of the power source can be always easily and simply determined, and troubles in the lighting load after recovery of the power source can be easily resolved.
This lighting control device controls the operation of a lighting load 14 including the night-light 16 by using the remote control signal. When the lighting load is set to a non-operation state by the remote control signal, the night-light 16 is turned on after the cutoff of the power source 10 continues beyond a given time, upon recovery of the power source.
