An optical axis of the light emitted from the light source 2, an apex of the convex shape of the light emitting face 3a, and an apex of the concave shape of the light incident face 3b are included in a plane face orthogonally crossing a cut face of the cut spheroid, and in this plane face, the optical axis of the light source 2 is positioned between the apex of the convex shape of the light emitting face 3a and the apex of the concave shape of the light incident face 3b.
