The incident surface of a plate-like transparent sheet member 200 is provided with a first condensing image producing means 21 formed of first and second aligned arrangement lines in which square pyramidal refractive elements 211 are aligned and arranged on an incident side transmission reference surface 201 and, thereby, directions of inclined refractive surfaces of respective refractive elements 211 are aligned longitudinally and laterally. The emission surface of the plate-like transparent sheet member 200 is provided with a second condensing image producing means 22 formed of first and second aligned arrangement lines in which square pyramidal refractive elements 221 are aligned and arranged on an emission side transmission reference surface 202 and, thereby, directions of inclined refractive surfaces of respective refractive elements 221 are aligned longitudinally and laterally. When light is irradiated from an light emission source 23, light of respective high brightness regions of a first condensing image produced on the emission side transmission reference surface 202 by the first condensing image producing means 21 transmits the second condensing image producing means 22, thereby, second condensing images 222 are produced on four parts of up/down and right/left and, when the directions of aligned arrangement lines of the refractive elements 221 are changed, light emission mode of the second light condensed images 222 is changed.
