Abstract:
To provide an imaging device with which it is possible to notify a photographer of the charging level and light emission condition of a lighting device at imaging time and cause the light emission condition at imaging time in a photographed image to be confirmed by the photographer.SOLUTION: An imaging device 1000 comprises: a light-emitting unit 302 for irradiating a subject with light at the time of imaging by an imaging element 102; a charging unit 305 for supplying energy for light emission to the light-emitting unit 302; a camera display unit 106; and a camera control unit 101. The camera control unit 101 sets a light quantity priority light emission mode in which display is controlled by the camera display unit 106 and the light-emitting unit 302 is enabled to emit light only when the charge level of the charging unit 305 has reached a prescribed level, or a release priority light emission mode in which the light-emitting unit 302 is enabled to emit light irrespective of the charge level of the charging unit 305. When the charge level of the charging unit 305 has not reached the prescribed level, the camera control unit 101 differentiates display on the camera display unit 106 that shows the state of the light-emitting unit 302, in accordance with the light-emission mode that is set.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
