The lighting device is equipped with a substrate 2 attached with a light-emitting diode 6 and some necessary electronic parts 8 and with a circuit necessary for lighting the light-emitting diode 6 formed, a substrate carrier 3 structured to hold the substrate with a given irradiation angle, a base 4 structured fixably holding the substrate carrier, and a cover 5 structured attachably to the base 4 in a way covering the substrate 2 and the substrate carrier 3, and transmitting light generated from the light-emitting diode 6.
