In the lighting device 100 having an LED 22, a light source holding section 11 for holding the LED 22, and an irradiating direction changing means capable of changing the irradiating direction of light from the LED 22, the irradiating direction changing means is set in free independent movement against the light source holding part 11. The irradiating direction changing means includes, for example, a rotary member 5 capable of rotating around an axis along a light-emitting direction of the LED 22, and an oscillating member 6 capable of turning around an axis crossing the light-emitting direction of the LED 22. When an irradiating direction of light is changed, a movable part becomes light since a light source module 2 containing the LED 22 becomes a non-movable part, and operability for a user can be made good at the time of changing of the irradiating direction.
