To provide a lighting device combining a solid light-emitting element and an optical member, in which the position accuracy of the optical member to the solid light-emitting element is improved.
The lighting system 1 is provided with a light-emitting part 2 having LEDs 22, a lens array 4 having a lens 41 opposed to each LED 22, a lens holder 5 to support the lens array 4, and a case 6 which houses the above each member. The lens holder 5 has an operating part 8 consisting of a screw to make an adjusting operation of the interval between the light-emitting part 2 and the lens array 4 and to fix the lens holder 5 to the case 6. The operating part 8 is screwed to a screw groove 51c of the lens holder 5 by passing through a slit 61 provided in the case 6. After moving the operating part 8 along the slit 61 and making the adjusting operation of the interval, the operating part 8 is fastened to fix the lens holder 5 to the case 6. Thereby, position shifting of the lens array 4 can be prevented. Further, since the interval can be seen from the position of the operating part 8, positioning at the time of adjustment of the interval can be made easily.
