Abstract:
To provide a lighting device allowing an operator to modify the lighting state sensorily.
A lighting device, or a vehicle indoor lighting device 1, is equipped with a touch switch 4 which detects, by electrodes 3a to 3i, a change of the electrostatic capacitance produced when a human body approaches or touches an operation surface 12 and controls the drive of light sources 2a to 2f. At least two of the electrodes 3a to 3i are arranged in a line on the back surface side of the operation surface, and, when a human body approaches or touches the operation surface, the drive of the light sources is controlled according to the detection order by two or more of the electrodes to modify the lighting state.
