PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device which maintains brightness near a device body, not to mention lighting a ceiling surface on which the LED lighting device is installed.SOLUTION: A lighting device A includes: a device body 1; and a light source unit 2. The light source unit 2 includes: a substrate 22; and a light distribution control plate 30. Protruding parts 232 are located at the light distribution control plate 30. The light distribution control plate 30 includes rear surfaces 300 of the protruding parts 232 and a main translucent part 301 sandwiched by the rear surfaces 300 thereby maintaining an area near a position where the lighting device A is installed in a bright state.
