To suppress the occurrence of glare.SOLUTION: A lighting device includes a light body, a light body rotating unit, and a lens rotating unit. The light body includes: a light source; a first lens that parallelizes light emitted from the light source; and a second lens that polarizes light emitted from the light source in an elliptical shape. The light body rotating unit rotates the light body in at least either one of a horizontal direction and a vertical direction.
