To provide a lighting device capable of reducing its size.SOLUTION: A lighting device has a fixture body 20. The fixture body 20 has an opening part 22, a first side surface part 24a provided on one side of the opening part 22, and a second side surface part 24b provided on the other side of the opening part 22 and facing the first side surface part 24a. A power supply unit 16 is arranged on the first side surface part 24a.
