To provide an LED lamp in which a user can simply obtain a desired arbitrary light emitting color and a long lifetime and safety are obtained and to provide a lighting device.

The LED lamp comprises an LED module 22 having an RLED element 33, a GLED element 34 and a BLED element 35, chip resistors 23a to 23c for limiting currents flowing to the three elements 33, 34 and 35 and terminals 24a to 24d for connecting to the power source, mounted on a printed board 21 having wiring patterns 21a to 21g. After the components are mounted, the board 21 is covered with a resin mold 26. The three elements 33, 34 and 35 are driven by emitting color in response to the voltage stage applied via voltage output lines 4 to 6.
