Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire which can simplify installation of a lighting fixture in an environment such as a high ceiling where installation work is difficult and facilitates battery replacement.SOLUTION: A luminaire of one embodiment comprises: a ceiling side structure 1 mounted on a ceiling plane; and a lower structure 11 mounted on a mounting surface different from the ceiling plane. The ceiling side structure 1 comprises a lighting fixture 2 having an arm 4 mounted on the ceiling plane, a light source 7 having a substrate being provided on the arm 4 and mounted with a light emitting element and a cover member 7a having light transmissivity and covering the substrate, and a lighting fixture main body 8 holding the light source 7. The lower structure 11 comprises a unit 13 including a battery 14 being connected to the lighting fixture 2 and supplying electric power for using the light source 7 as emergency light for emergency lighting at the time of emergency in which electric power supply from an external power source is stopped, and a control part controlling supply of the electric power of the battery 14 to the light source 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
