Abstract:
This natural lighting device (100) comprises an optical component (1). The optical component (1) has a plate-form shape, and is such that a lens surface of a cylindrical concave lens is formed on one surface and a flat-surface shape is formed on the other surface. The lens surface includes a Fresnel shape formed from a plurality of prisms. The surface corresponding to the lens surface is configured as a prism surface (1cL), and the other surface is configured as a prism surface (1cF). The plurality of prisms include a first prism and a second prism. The first prism is positioned closer to the optical axis (C) of the cylindrical concave lens than is the second prism. In a region (1c) in which light rays (Lc) that are incident from the flat-surface side and parallel to the optical axis (C) are reflected by the prism surface (1cL) and then refracted by the prism surface (1cF) and emitted, an array of the prisms is modified, whereby the angle of incidence (E1) at which the light rays (Lc) parallel to the optical axis (C) are incident on the prism surface (1cL) is made greater for the first prism than for the second prism.
